Service Description

If you are unsure of the outcome of your lash/brow service, book this followup appointment where we can check what is going on. This generally need to be done in no less than a week after the appointment to get a accurate understanding of your grievance. The nature our job means that certain products and eye/brow shapes may not mix, but it is our job to know your specifics for your eyes/brows. Once all aspects are triple checked we will even partially refund or fully refund depend on the severity of the mistake if any are found.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours for Lash/Brow Services & 48 hours for Cosmetics of the appointment. - Your 50% booking fee is non refundable - $10 Late Fee and will be cancelled after 15mins. - 25% Admin fee for appointment errors and refunds. *** PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES ***
